I sparkle by wearing clean crisps colors like blue and cream with a twist from fabrics (i.e. the silky shirt and pleather skirt). To me, the sparkles are in the details. When you look closely at this skirt, it has an intricate cut-out detail along with scalloped edges. I added some fun gold jewelry and a subtle blue essie nail color.
